5. Pricing & Payments

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

Due to our dropshipping model, shipping times may vary depending on the supplier location. Estimated delivery times are 7–21 business days, but delays may occur due to customs or logistics providers.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Postal service delays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Gizmos and Gifts cannot guarantee replacement or refund.

7. Returns & Refunds

Customers have the right to cancel orders within 14 days under UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain items may be non-returnable, including:

  • Personalised items

  • Hygiene products

  • Final sale items

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be in processing with our supplier.
